I was informed one day in advance that I needed to be at their office at 4:30 PM for my 5:00 PM flight. I arrived at their office around 4:25 PM as instructed. However, I was kept waiting for approximately 15 minutes without any information or update, and only afterward was I told that the flight would be delayed by 2 hours. When I asked why I had not been informed earlier, they said there had been delays since the morning and that due to the heavy workload, they did not have time to call or send a message. Even though they had already received my payment in advance, they could not spare 2 minutes to inform their customer, which caused me to make an unnecessary 2-hour trip. I would advise anyone considering this company to keep in mind that flights may be postponed or canceled at the last minute due to company-related reasons, and you may only find out after arriving at their office. There are many alternative companies in this business that are more experienced, professional, reliable, and customer-oriented. Especially for local and international tourists visiting for a short time and following a planned itinerary, considering other companies would likely help avoid unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment. —- Saat 17:00’deki uçuşum için bir gün önceden saat 16:30’da ofislerinde olmam gerektiği söylendi. Ben de belirtilen saatte, 16:25 civarında ofislerine gittim. Ancak yaklaşık 15 dakika boyunca hiçbir bilgilendirme verilmeden bekletildim ve sonrasında uçuşun 2 saat gecikeceği söylendi. Kendilerine neden önceden haber verilmediğini sorduğumda, sabahtan beri gecikmeler yaşandığını ve yoğunluk nedeniyle aramaya veya mesaj atmaya vakit bulamadıklarını söylediler. Ödemeyi önceden almalarına rağmen müşteriye 2 dakikalık bir bilgilendirme yapmamaları nedeniyle boş yere yaklaşık 2 saat yol yapmak zorunda kaldım. Bu firmayı değerlendirecek kişilerin, uçuşların firma kaynaklı nedenlerle son anda ertelenebileceğini veya iptal edilebileceğini ve bunu ancak ofise gittiklerinde öğrenebileceklerini göz önünde bulundurmalarını tavsiye ederim. Bu işi uzun süredir yapan, daha profesyonel, güvenilir ve müşteri odaklı birçok alternatif firma mevcut. Özellikle kısa süreli tatil planı yapan yerli ve yabancı turistlerin mağdur olmaması adına diğer firmaları değerlendirmeleri daha doğru olacaktır.
