Extremely poor banking service. A company transferred money to my card based on a contract and my bank account details, but even after 4 hours, the funds hadn’t appeared. I contacted the bank, and they told me to reach out to the specific branch where I opened my account. After finding and calling the branch, they directed me to contact a different department handling transactions and provided me with a phone number. However, the number didn’t work, and no one answered. I then tried using the bank’s chat service, but no one responded there either. Overall, the service was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful.

Я купил квартиру в Parkent Plaza и хочу поделиться своим опытом: 1. Строители сдали квартиру с годовой задержкой. Изначально обещали завершить строительство к концу третьего квартала 2023 года, но фактически сдали только в конце июля 2024 года. Однако заехать и жить оказалось сложно, так как каждый день появлялись новые проблемы: то электрику неправильно сделали, то проблемы с сантехникой, то окна не закрываются. 2. Сейчас середина октября, но до сих пор нет газа. Люди переехали в новые квартиры и живут без газа и горячей воды. 3. Самая большая неприятность: в бачок унитаза не поступала вода. Вызвал сантехника, и оказалось, что бачок был подключён к горячей воде от котла вместо холодной. Теперь придётся ломать плитку и переделывать всё заново. Застройщик обещал исправить, но я отказался, чтобы не тратить ещё месяц на переделки. Небольшие ошибки в ремонте они устранили. Однако по поводу газа и кадастра застройщик обещает решить проблему “через две недели” с начала сентября, а сейчас уже середина октября, и наступают холодные дни.

Terrible service. The app shows that the train has wagons with A/C and without. You buy a ticket for a wagon with A/C, but when you arrive at the train station, you realize there is no A/C. When you ask to solve the problem, they just tell you your feedback will be reviewed. Terrible service. I noticed more than 10 people on that train also complained that they bought tickets including A/C.

However, the seating arrangements leave much to be desired, making takeaway the best option for enjoying this tasty treat.

I stayed at the Ulug’bek Grand Hotel during the World Triathlon Cup Samarkand 2024. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a variety of options, catering to different tastes. Overall, I had a positive experience at the hotel. However, for those looking to stay near the historical sites of Samarkand, this location may not be ideal as it is situated far from the city center.
